Check In / Check Out
Check in is at 3 PM CST and entitles you to your site until 11 AM the day after check in. Early check in is permitted, when available, at a fee of $25. We do not have a waiting area for RV parking for those waiting to check in early. Check out time is by 11 AM. Late check-ins are allowed at any time, please contact the Resort for instructions.
Site Changes
You have been assigned a specific site, if you wish to move please check with the Office. Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible. Please inquire before moving sites.
Camp Fires
Campfires are allowed only in the provided rings at each weekend site. Carry-in firewood is prohibited. Firewood is available at the store for purchase.
Parking
Please do not park your vehicle, trailer, or boat in an adjacent site. Use of more than one site will result in additional charges. There is absolutely no parking on the grass anywhere at the Resort.
Storage
Storage is not allowed under or around your RV or picnic table or anywhere visible at the sites.
Site and Resort Navigation
Please be respectful of your neighbor and do not walk between sites when navigating the Resort. Please use main roads, sidewalks, and designated public paths to walk around the campground.
Washing
Washing RVs or vehicles is only permitted with 1 bucket of water and a sponge. Hose washing is not permitted.
Rugs
Rugs are not allowed as it kills the grass and we want your site to look good for both you and the next guest.
Breeds
No pit bulls or rottweilers allowed at the Resort.
Leash
Pets are required to be kept on a leash at all times. Any violation of this policy will result in eviction from the resort. No refunds will begiven. This helps you, your pet, and other guests and other guests remain safe.
Buildings and Pool Area
Pets are not allowed in the buildings. County code does not allow pets in our buildings or pool area. Please do not tie your pet to our trees, doors, or posts. Pets are also not allowed on our playground, in the pond, or on any beach.
Cleaning Up After Your Pet
Be a good neighbor and please use the dog park area and clean up after your pet always. Do not let your pet deposit waste on your site or any of our other guests’ sites. Failure to clean up after your pet will result in your eviction from the Resort. No refunds will be given.
Leaving Pets Unattended
Pets may not be left unattended in our Resort. Leaving your pets unattended is dangerous for your pet as many factors including weather, power outages, etc. can affect your pets well-being while you are away.
Pet Vaccinations
Due to insurance requirements, all pets must be vaccinated in our Resort. Please make sure your pet’s shots are up-to-date and that your pet is registered at the Resort. Proof of vaccinations is part of the registration process.
Barking
Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs other guests. Please note that excessive barking may result in you being evicted from the Resort. No refunds will be given.
Speed Limit
The Resort speed limit is 5 mph. This policy is to keep you, your children, and your pets safe. Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning. A second offence will result in an eviction from the Rest. No refunds will be given. Safety of our guests is our number one priority.
Parking
Each paid guest registration includes one RV per site and one vehicle per site. Additional vehicles must to be parked in overflow parking areas as directed. Please do not park on our grass. Ruts created at your site will result in damage charges.
Trailers, Boats, and additional vehicles will cost additional fees for camping. A nightly registration covers 1 RV and 1 vehicle only.
No parking in common areas. Do not park in the middle of the road. Do not park in sites that you did not register for and do not block our garages or our bathrooms. Parking on the grass is not permitted anywhere at the Resort.
ATV’s. Dirt Bikes, Motorcycles, and Golf Carts
ATV’s, UTV’s and Dirt bikes are not allowed to be driven at the Resort. These can be stored/parked in the designated parking at the West Gate which is adjacent to the ATV/UTV friendly road and trails. Motorcycles can only be used to get to your site and to depart. Golf Carts are the mode of transportation around the Resort.
Automobile Use
Vehicles may be driven to your site upon arrival and when exiting upon departure from the Resort. Transportation, once you are settled in, is limited to walking, bicycle and golf cart.
Severe Weather
In case of severe weather, seek shelter in the bathrooms. Signs for shelter areas are posted. We love pets, so please bring them with you and please do not leave them in your RV during severe weather warnings.
Visitors
Only registered guests are permitted to enter the Resort. All visitors must stop in the office to register, pay a fee and receive a parking pass. Visitors may not bring pets. The Resort reserves the right to limit the number of people visiting a site. Day visitors must depart by 10:00 PM CST. Please check with the office before inviting any visitors. Registered guests are responsible for ensuring their visitors are properly registered and that all campground rules are followed.
All guests visiting someone at the Resort must register and pick up a pass at the office and park in the designated area. Visitor Vehicle Passes must be visible at all times.
Electrical Use
You are responsible for understanding how many amps you are using in our RV. Amp usage over the 50/30/20 AMPs provided can trip your breaker. Please be mindful of your amp usage, so that you don’t trip your breaker during your stay.
Please contact the office so that they can notify maintenance if you experience any electrical issues during your stay. Guests are not permitted to diagnose or repair our electrical pedestals per insurance and safety requirements. Maintenance will address all such issues.
Restrooms
For the comfort of all our guests, restrooms are open 24/7 with exception of a temporary closing for cleaning. We ask for your help in keeping the restrooms clean. Guests under the age of 18 need adult supervision in the bathrooms and showers as well as the pool area.
Pool & Playground
No lifeguard is on duty. Pools and Playground areas open at 9 AM after quiet time and close at 10 PM. Anyone under 18 must be supervised at all times. Horseplay, running, and diving is not permitted in our pool area. Glass is not permitted at our pool or playground. Music is provided, so personal portable radios are not permitted in the pool or adjacent areas. Failure to follow these rules result in you evicted from these areas. No refunds will be given. Children in diapers are not allowed in our pool. Only swimming suits and swimming trunks permitted in our pool, no cut offs.
Quiet Time Policies
Quiet time is 10 PM to 8 AM. Anyone playing loud music will be warned only once and then evicted from the Resort. No refunds will be given.
Trash Disposal and Recycling
Trash bags must be completely tied/sealed when placed in trash receptable. Please do not place your trash on the ground. Critters like possums and racoons are attracted to left out or disposed of food. Do not dispose of wires, oil, furniture, mattresses, or any toxic waste or chemicals in our trash receptacles. Trash is emptied once per day. Times may vary due to maintenance scheduling requirements throughout the day.
Please do not dispose of any motor oil, cooking oil, wires, furniture, mattresses, or any toxic or hazardous waste items. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in charges for disposal fees.
Children
Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Horseplay, running, or diving in the pool is not permitted. Riding bicycles without a parent and on our main entrance road is prohibited for the safety of children and our guests. The playground, pickle ball court, basketball court, and pool close at 10pm. Anyone under the age of 18 must be back at their site by 10PM unless accompanied by an adult.
Drones
Drones are not permitted in our Resort.
Clotheslines
Clotheslines are not permitted at the Resort.
Fireworks and Firearms
Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited in our Resort. The prohibition of fireworks includes sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers. The prohibition of firearms includes all guns including air soft, BB, and pellet guns. If these items are seen outside of your RV, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
Repairs
Repairs to RVs and vehicles are not permitted in our Resort. We are happy to recommend a local Mobile RV Repair service that comes out to your site to assist you with any repairs.
Safety and Emergencies
Emergency Contact Information forms are required from all monthly guests. This information remains private and used only when a situation arises when we need to contact someone in the event of an emergency or is sought by law enforcement agencies. We never give personal information out to others.
If you observe any activity you believe to be of concern, call 608-254-7516 24 hours a day. (No soliciting is allowed.)
If you need to call 911 for any reason, and time allows, please call the office so the maintenance staff can be prepared to escort the emergency personnel to your site.
